Specializations.
Vinyasa (Alignment & Flow)
Anatomy-informed, alignment-based Vinyasa flow yoga for beginner to advanced level practitioners. Private classes are focused on your interests, be it developing breath and movement connection, strengthening a certain region of the body, or learning a certain group of postures.
Sound Bath (Gong & Crystal Bowls)
Release tension with the healing sounds of a large poly symphonic gong and crystal singing bowls. Expect a gentle warm up and guided relaxation in a comfortable restorative position followed by the deep and powerful vibrations of these special instruments.
Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
aka Yoga Naptime! Melt into the support of clean bolsters, blankets, and blocks as you let the entire body, heart, and mind relax. This style of yoga is focused on complete nervous system rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra is a dream-like full-body meditation style that lulls you into a state of peace and inner-calm.
Personal Training
Fitness training in a fully equipped home gym with a coach trained in kettlebells, steel mace, barbell, steel club, Natural Movement, Animal Flow, and more. Personal training sessions are designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
Adaptive Yoga
Yoga is different for every body. Everyone deserves to feel empowered in their body through the use of breath and mindfulness regardless of ability, shape, size, flexibility, age, or any other factor. Everyone can practice Yoga in a capacity that works for them. I am trained in making yoga accessible for your body through chair yoga, gentle yoga, yoga for pain/injury management, corporate yoga, & senior yoga.
New Teacher Mentorship
Mentorships are available for aspiring teachers currently enrolled or newly graduated from 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. If you are looking to dive deeper into the topics of anatomy, alignment, technique, sequencing, teaching skills, and yoga philosophy, this is for you!
